Awe dad, I was taking a nap...mmm any steak left? No, den I'm going back to sleep
Sheesh mom, stop wif da flashies already...Zippy and I just got to sleep.
Okay, I'll tell all about our weekend. On Friday der were beans here eating food, we got steak, bratwurst, burgers some shrimp and Zippy ate some watermelon. Yeah, Sadie and I were in our porch/kennel thing outside. Den, der were fireworks...we watched from inside da house so dey wouldn't be so noyzee. Mom, dad and some of da naybors sat outside in lawn chairs and watched. Personal fireworks of all types are not allowed where we live but der were still some goofy beans boom booming after da fireworks...den, da fire truck and an ambulance came roaring down da road! Some stoopid bean gave a sticky bean a firework and dat sticky bean blowed off a toe or two! It was down da block and around da corner, exactly where we heard da boom booms. Den Saturday mom and dad had more beans come over...more steak, more shrimp and more nummy foods. This morning mom went to church wif da nefew (yup, da one dat spoils us) and his frend (she's really cute) den dey met dad and some other beans fur brunch. Dey din't bring home any leftovers...what, well we talk about food cuz all da other stuff yoo do is boring...sheesh. So, we is tired, all of us. We are all taking it easy da rest of da day. Except mom is washing stuff, but in between she is sitting in da recliner wif a book and her eyes closed. Gess she can read thru her eyelids...hehehe
Speedy here, I need to ask yoo guyz sumfing. Mom changed our food over to Wellness cuz she's skared about what we mite be eeting wif all da recalls. We used to get Purina One for Sensitive Systems (mostly cuz of my tummy trubbul). Now, I eet it. Well I'll eet just about anyfing. Like, when dad haz dat salami stuff I always ask fur some and he gives it to me effun tho mom sez not to and den I get a tummy ake and den mom sez "see yoo shoodent haf given him dat sawsije" and I think well yeah, maybe I shoodent eet dat stuff den da next time dad has it, I forget dat it makes me icky and I eet some more...uh, where wuz I? Oh yeah, so she gots dis Wellness stuff and Zippy won't touch it. Mom's kinda mixing it in da bowl wif our old food and Zippy just picks around it. Sadie will go two fur one, two Purina chunks to one Wellness and she don't spit it out or nuthing so we think she'll eat it. Da prollem we'z haffing is dis, when all da Purina is gone do yoo think Zippy will eat da Wellness? Mom duzzent want to go back to da other stuff cuz of all da recalls and kitties getting sick and stuff, but if Zippy won't eat it den it's not doing any good fur her.
