This is her best friend from grade school thru high school and beyond...She's leaving behind a husband and four children ages 25, 23, 21 and 18 and a friend who is heartbroken. Sadness
One of Mom's friends sent this to her last week...we got word yesterday that she is near the end of her horrible fight with ovarian cancer which had spread all over before it was discovered. This is her best friend from grade school thru high school and beyond...She's leaving behind a husband and four children ages 25, 23, 21 and 18 and a friend who is heartbroken. We may not be posting or commenting a lot this week, we know you'll understand.

Oh we're so sorry. Our hearts go out to you and your friend. Many hugs to you both. If she liked that sign then it sounds like she had a good journey and is ready to go home now. Keep your memories full in your heart to keep out the pain of missing her when she is gone. We wish her peace. Take care.

Cancer is a terrible disease. It runs pretty deep in Mom's family. She lost a favorite aunt to ovarian cancer, and another favorite aunt to lung cancer. And finally, a third favorite aunt is a stomach cancer survivor (all her Mom's sisters).
