Dad is working on getting home
He's doing re-hab now. He got to the rehab floor Friday night and right away on Saturday dey started him working. Mom was laffing 'cuz yesserday dey had him stand and put clothespins on a pole so mom said, "well, if nothing else you can always hang wash on the line for me". Yeah, daddy laffed at her too. Oh, and mom hasta fix da router so she can use her laptop again. She says it looks like a long, tedious process so she's waiting until she haf more time to do it and can concentrate on dat. We sure wish our niece still lived in state, den she could come help mom clean up dad's mess. It's taking furever to move all his junk just to clean da carpet. Oh, and da weather went from hot and humid to cool and breezy in one day. So, we haf open windows to lay in...it's lovely.

I'm so happy to hear that your Daddy is in rehab and getting better. We send lots and lots of purrs his way. Thanks to ML too for all that she does for all of us.
We, too, are happier than we can say that your daddy's in rehab now. He's come along way and we're continuing to purr and purray for him.
HURRAH! One big step forward! Can you kitties still go visit him? We bet he misses you all furry much.

Yea! We are so excited that your daddy is getting so much better. We bet you can't wait until he comes home. We are purring that his rehabilitation will go fast and that he gets to come home to you soon.

we's enjoyin' cooler temperatures (an' tempers), too, an' are glad the winders is open--ed lays right up agin 'em an' mom's scared ol' fatboy will bust through the screen an' fall outside! she had a cat that did that once (acause the screen was loose)...he landed in a thornbush, an' BOYHOWDY did he yell an' swear!
It's the thought that counts, so you're not really "late."
Glad your dad is working on coming home. That will be so nice for all of you since you miss him and vice versa.
