Mancat Monday with sisfur Sadie

Saturday it was furry nice here, so mom opened up da back door and put da folding chair der so we could look out. We haf perches in almost effury window in dis house and dey was all open but da skwerrels and birdies were all out in da back yard and dis was da best spot to watch from. Sadie joined me on da chair so I hadda say hello, it's rude not to.

I saw dad wif da camera and gave him da evil eye, it din't work, he kept taking pikshers.

Der was a leef on da porch, I thawt it was a mouse...my mistake. Sadie was watching Zippy. Zippy goes outside on a leash (like a woofie) wif mom.

Sadie was sleeping in some towels fresh from da dryer before dis, she smelled really good...

I don't know what I was looking at here, prolly dad's feet, he kept moving around.

Sadie is looking down da stairs cuz da dryer pinged, meaning dat der were more warm towels ready to come out of da dryer. Sadie has a thing fur towels fresh from da dryer. Even on a warm day.

Dis was da really exciting part...a skwerrel came right up on our porch!

Dis time I told daddy to stop wif da pikshers and he lissened, finally.

Mom haf been really bizzy lately. She leaves us in da morning after feeding, washing bums, brushing, paw streching and litter cleaning. She goes to dat shelter and cleans litters and kitty condos or shovels doggy poops or whatever needs to be done. Den she comes home, usually around lunch time, and feeds dad. Dad makes her think he's been starving all morning but she sees da dirty pans and stuff from when he made breakfast. Besides, he don't even get out of bed till almost 10 am! Den after lunch and some kitty snuggles she goes walkabout, kinda like Jeter does. ::what mom? dat's when yoo go see Mrs T? Okay:: Well, dat makes a little more sense, mom walks to da assisted living center, which is about 8 blocks from here, to see Mrs T. Den she comes home and makes dinner. Sometimes we get to visit a few frends and comment, sometimes we just visit but don't comment. If we don't comment we can find out more of what's been happening wif our frends cuz we can read more blogs so don't think we is not visiting yoo, we sure are, we is just not leaving a lot of comments. Anyway, after a month and a half of doing this every day, our house looks like a bomb went off. Der is at least a inch of dust on everything, da kitchen floor looks like a rawr-shock test and da carpets are gray wif our furs. Since dad never does anything mom is taking a couple of days off to catch up on house cleaning. Dis means we won't be allowed on da computer until maybe later at night when she is too tired to clean anymore. It also means we is gonna hafta go hide cuz we don't like da sucky monster or all da banging around she does when she starts getting mad dat dad haf stuck boxes of light bulbs in corners of da living room, kitchen, gest room...oh, just effurywhere! And he's still on a rant about mom getting a job. She already haf a job taking care of him (okay, and us) and dat is more den full time.
