Mom took dat piksher of Speedy sleeping from the next room, her camera doesn't really do furry good wif da zoom but she din't wanna go in der and wake him up...how nice fur him. On the other hand, I tried to sleep and she kept waking me up to move stuff around. So what if I was trying to sleep in the middle of her desk!
I was lissening intently to daddy talking about changes he would like to make to da kitchen, for mom of course, cuz daddy only watches tv and eats in da kitchen. He's watched mom cook enuff to know dat der needs to be some improvements made. Dat brings me to some tattles about mom and her cooking...she makes spaghetti sauce from scratch in the summer when there are lots of tomatoes growing in the garden and freezes it, but, if she runs out she will make spaghetti with ::whispers:: Prego three cheese! Dad din't know the difference until he started shopping wif mom and now he says "why go threw all da trubbul of making homemade when we can just buy it". Mom was insulted, but she got over it. Um, I think we'll be getting Prego from now on...

That's a good tattle! Every once in awhile, my mom sneaks in some three cheese Prego. (But don't tell anyone.)

Ooops! That was the wrong thing for your dad to say! Our humans make sauce from scratch sometimes, and they say it tastes much better than the stuff you can buy.

There's something...that the humans seem to find comforting in making it from scratch. And besides, what else would they do with all those tomatoes? I think that's about the only thing my Bean can get to grow!

My Grandpa could never understand why Grandma had to look at every item in the store so closely, reading labels etc. Now that Grandma has passed on and Grandpa shops for himself he understands. Quite a few times hes brought home some weird stuff and now realizes you have to look carefully at what you are buying! Men....
My Mom says she is all furr shortcuts in da kittchen. Cuz she hasta to come home and make stinky gudness for Daddy and her since she got dem bad bloods she hasta to eat only certain foods and it hasta to be fresh...lots of green and yellow vegtables.....we don't like da vegtables, But the chiken we love.

Mine mombean had spaghetti for dinner tonight with sauce that she made from cans of tomato. She says that its the only way she can has sauce with enough garlic! Boy, oh, boy is her bref stinky!!

Oh that would have made my lady servant so mad, the male servant would be eating cheese sandwiches for years! Actually, I think if he couldn't make the difference between store bought and home made he would be "underground". The lady servant expects a lot of gratitude for the time and energy she puts in making her meals ... might be why she gets very upset when I put my paws in her cooking...

Hey Zippy. This is Fat Ed. We're looking forward to coming over for a visit this afternoon. Does the teleporter unit have a heater in it? Its very cold here in Alberta.
