Thursday noos...

Remember little Henry, da little guy dat mom found out one of da ladees from church 'dopted...

Well, he had his hoohaectomy yesterday and din't do so well wif da anesthetic. He's staying at da vet for a couple days...dey is pretty sure he'll be fine but it scared his mom so bad she called our mom crying. Oh, and da old lady dat lives next door broke her hip and fell down. Dat's da way it happens yoo know, da bones go snap den da bean falls. Mom calls her every day at 8 am to see if she needs anything, den she goes over at lunch time and checks on her and does some housework and maybe a little laundry a couple times a week. Well, yesterday mom called and no one answered so she waited a little while and called again. When she din't answer da second time mom went over and looked in da garage window and saw dat her car was der. Den she thawt maybe she was feeling good and had gone downstairs to do her own laundry so mom crawled around looking in da basement windows (don't worry, no one would call da police on mom, all da naybors know her) but no Mrs. T...so mom called L, Mrs. T's dawter to come check on her. L said she was kinda in da middle of something so mom took her key to Mrs. T's house and took da chance dat she wasn't just in da tub or in a compromising position wif a boyfrend (it's a joke atween Mrs. T and mom) and let herself in calling to Mrs. T. Den she heard her moaning from in da bedroom and found her on da floor! She had been der all night! Mom called dat 9-1-1 number and da ambulance came racing down our road and now dat poor old lady is in da hopspittal and prolly won't ever come back to her house. Mom is furry angry wif L, she lives in da house and neffur even checked on her mom afore she left or she din't come home Tuesday nite! Mom's not sure cuz L won't answer her cell fone. Mom was talking to dad about it and we heard her call L a bad name, and dad said maybe she was just tired of taking care of her mother and dat really set mom off so now dad is slinking around and being really ::mom, what was dat word yoo used?:: yeah, solicitus. Oh, and dad gots da little hellocopter from WOOT! Actually, mom got it for him but wif his paypal account. Dis is da box it came in, and yes, it says on da box for ages 8+...hehehe

It is soooo disappointing how selfish and callous some humans can be.

We hope things will turn out alright for Mrs T and the kitty. He is just so cute!

Oh no! Poor little Henry. I hope he'll be all right.

Very scary about your neighbour. That is sad that your neighbour's daughter wasn't more concerned for her mother.

I will pray for both Mrs. T and Henry, and send lots of healing purrs out to both of them.

My Daddy wants a little hellikoptur like that -- that looks neat-o, I'd have fun with it, too!

That's awful about yur naybor's daughter -- I feel really sad about how mean some beans can be to each othur.

Poor little Henry, and poor Mrs. T.! I will send my purrs to them. And it saddens me, how mean people can be to each other.

That's a neat helicopter your dad got... if one of those were in our house, I bet Mao would try to pilot it!

Poor Henry and Mrs. T. We shall purr for both of them. L does not sound like a very caring bean.

Sometimes kittens just react badly to anesthesia. I am glad little Henry will be okay. I think your mom is a hero for saving Mrs. T!

That is terrible about Mrs. T. My Bean's Mom lives by herself and is even older than my Bean, who is older than dirt, but she has a button thing she wears on a collar her neck that she can press if something happens when no one is around so the 911 people will come right away. I will offer up preyers for both Henry and Mrs. T, but I think Henry will be fine.

Oh my goodness, that's a lot of news.

We sure hope little Henry will recover from his hoo-ha-ectomy! Poor guy.

We are very mad at that poor old ladies daughter. How could she either not come home at all or not check on her mother in the morning? Bless your Mom for being such a good person and saving your neighbor lady.

That is very very scary! It is a really good thing your mom went over there and helped the lady. Some human kittens are selfish and stupid.

Your mommy is so wonderful! I know you are very proud of her. How horrible that L didn't check on her own mommy! I always make sure to check on my mommy several times a night, and I give her kisses before she leaves in the morning. Some beans are just bad. I hope Henry feels much better soon. I'm sure that was VERY scary for his mommy, and I'm glad your mommy was there to comfort her.

We hope little Henry feels much better soon. We are so sorry for your neighbor! That must have been such a horrid experience for her. Its sad when one's neighbors care more for them than one's family.

Are you sure your dad is old enough to play with the helicopter?

Oh, poor little Henry! We're all purrin' and purrayin' for him. Anesthetics are scary!

And your poor neighbor lady. Some humans just can't seem to learn to take care of each other the way we Cat Blogosphere families do. Thank goodness for your wonderful mom!

I keep reading sad news on the blogs today :( I hope Henry continues to recover after the anesthesia problems. And your neighbor, that's so sad. I hope she'll be okay and maybe she will be able to go home again after her hip is healed. Her daughter is going to have to help her out more though. Maybe this will be the daughter's wake up call to do more.

Are you trying to tell us your dad beans is only 8 years old? I can't imagine your Mom being that much of a cradle robber :-p

Oh my gosh, what kind of daughter doesn't check on her Mum before leaving for work and then says she can't because she is in the middle of something! Gee gods!

My Mum believes in Karma, what goes around comes around!

I think I might get my Mum a helicopter for Christmas, for the Mum of course, I'm not interested in chasing it around the house or anything!

Poor little Henry and we are so sorry to hear of your neighbor lady's fall and troubles.

Your mom is pretty wonderful to be the kind of person who kitty mom's like Henry's can call when they are worried and also the kind of nice person who helps little old ladies too.

I overheard someone call my mom "an old lady magnet" cause she has lots of little old lady friends that look forward to seeing her from time to time.

Purrs and Headbutts to Henry and his mom and the little old lady who fell and all your family who are so nice.

Poor Henry:( Hope he is better soon.
Yer Mom's neighbour needs a Lifeline to wear around her neck .
Just press the button and they call on your special phone(they give it to you) and they can hear you anywhere in the house and will call for help! It is a great service ;)

I hope Henry recovers from his trouble with the anathestic soon. Poor Mrs. T. That must have been awful. I hope L feels really terrible about not checking on her mother.
