Wild Wednesday Advencher...

Hi, it's me, Zippy. I'm hiding in da bushes....let me tell yoo what happened this morning I had an advencher this morning, mom took me out front! While I was chewing on some grass and smelling the flowers a lot of my woofie frends walked by....I saw Whisper and Max, they came up to say hello, then that big furry one from two doors east came by and I met her! Her name is Nanook and she's big and fluffy and reely nice. She has a kitty of her own so she knows not to eat da cat, which is always a good idea. Den, all of a sudden, there was a huge, noyzee monster out there in the street! It scared me and I hadda hide in the bushes. It was eating dirt off the street and, you know, if it wood eat dirt off the street it probably wouldn't think twice about eating a tiny cat. It went past and I decided that it might be a good idea to go back in the house. I stayed behind the bushes so if the monster came back it wouldn't see me... I used the stepping stones that mom walks on to trim and clean up back there.... I kept an eye out fur the monster until I got back up on our porch... I also told mom she reely needs to sweep the porch again, it's kinda covered in those spinny things. They're fun when they fly thru the air but not so much when you hafta walk on them.
So, if any of you kitties get to go outside and a big dirt eating monster comes by take my advice and hide in da bushes and then carefully make your way back inside. If all they're getting to eat is dirt a joosy cat probably looks like a goremae meel to them...

Wow, Zippy, that was quite the adventure you had! I'm glad you hid in the bushes from the monster. Thanks for the tip, but since I only go out on my harness or in my stroller, my humans would protect me from the monster.

Zippy, tell you mom to use walnuts instead of pine nuts in her pesto. Or pistachios.

Hi Zippy! You are a very brave kitty to meet so many woofies. I'm so glad the giant road sucking monster didn't get you! whew! Spinny things are fun to watch falling, but not when they start sprouting...

Please tell Sadie we hope she feels better soon. A good nap will help we're sure.

That is quite alarming, Zippy! Your woman allowed that monster to threaten you? She needs some more training. Last time I was out on my harness, my woman tried putting me onto that weird green cold wet dirty carpet that tickles. Stoopid human! I much prefer good, solid, man-made concrete or the deck.

Thanks for the advice Zippy!! I will watch out and be clever and hide like you.

Glad you had fun outside. It is cold and raining here so not much fun outside - but I still go out and patrol.

Wow Zippy dat was some adventure. We fink outside in the front is scary too. We like to hang out on our deck in back because it's shady and safe back dere and no big noisy dirt eating machines go in our back deck.
