Tattletail Tuesday

Okay, so mom suffers from alerjees really bad. Sometimes dey is so bad dat she gets what dad calls "The Velcros" where she gets dizzy and hasta cling to walls to keep from falling down. Der is an upside to dis. She's funny to watch and she lays or sits down a lot and we can cuddle with her. Da downside...she hasn't done ANY housework fur almost two weeks! Really, dad loads da dishwasher and runs it but he's not very good at it so he's always running outta silverware and plates. He's about to run outta unnerpants and mom haf nothing clean to wear (so she spends a lot of time in her pajamas-sad really). Dad still haf a hole in him where dey cut him open to take out da cancer so he can't go down to da dunjun to wash stuff and forget picking up anything heavier den Zippy or pushing da vacuum around! So yesserday a naybor brawt her something called a neti pot, yoo know what, she don't haf da velcros anymore. She still haf a stuffy head and a slight headache but she's doing much better and will prolly get cured using dis thing a couple times a day. So our tattle today is dat our house is messy, dirty and disgusting. Heck, even we can't stand how much cat hair der is on da carpets and blowing around like tumbleweeds in da kitchen and yoo know what else, our litter haf not been scooped properly in weeks. I mean, she can sit on da floor and scoop it out but it hafn't been washed and da area around it hafn't been vacuumed and der is almost as much litter outside of it as der is inside. We sure hope things get better around here dis week. Well, between cleaning, taking dad to da doktor and taking da neece and her new kitty to da vet she's prolly not gonna help us blog and tho we'll visit we prolly won't haf time to comment...*sigh* what else is new. Oh yeah, our new cuzzin kitty. His name is Wolfgang and he's getting nootered on Wednesday. Poor little guy, I don't haf da heart to tell him what dat is all about and we warned his brofur Zeus not to tell him either. Here is a piksher of him
Yeah, he's kinda cute and we all know how much I adore kittens....I just love dis little guy. We'll hafta see if we can get a piksher of his brofur who is older but is new to da household too. Yeah, it's been an adoptathon over der recently-hahahahaha

Mom had to use something similar to that last year when she got really sick. She got better in just a couple of days. We hope it works well for your mom too.

Poor Wolfgang. At least the pain will be over reasonably quickly. I'm glad your mum is feeling better though, that's good news.

Yup, he's a cutie patootie all right! Good thing we all know he will be fine after his hoo-ha-ectomy.

It's tough when the moms are sick! Our mom has used a Neti Pot before and it really helped her.

What a cute little cousin!!

Get well soon, mom! We've heard about those neti pots, too. As long as she doesn't try them on us, we're OK with it.

I hope she feels better soon. Neti pots are great for that. Acupuncture can help too so that she doesn't need to use it so much.

That sounds like No Fun! My Mommeh has allergies too (but not nearly so bad), and she got one of those neti pot things. But she would not stand the feeling of the water running inside her sinuses and back out!

Manny puuurrrs for your meowmy to feel better! You know, she sounds a lot like ours too, lol, minus the allergies... At least the monster vacuum doesn't come around to get us too often, you know? Look at the bright side!

Wow! There is a lot of stuff going on around your place, and too bad your Mom has the bad allergies! Hang in there guys, things will get better as the freeze takes care of the fall allergens!
