Sad Saturday

We did not know Dandelion well but it's always sad when heaven calls another one home...We hope Muddy and his fambly remember all da happy times and aren't too sad.

There hasn't really been much happening but a lot of stuff has happened...um, dat doesn't make much sense does it. Mommy has been baby sitting, taking care of Jeff and doing normal stuff. Da medi-sin dey gave Jeff is hard on his tummy and gave him bad ::whispers:dire-rear:: and he can't take dat amodium or kaopectate stuff cuz it could cawse da opposit prollem so mom showed him how to make Gramma's old rememdy fur dat prollem...scalded milk! Really, it works. Daddy has been sicky a little bit, he sez dat summer colds is da worstest, on top of dat he has another one of dem big icky things on his neck...mom calls it a car-bunkle. It's a icky infekshun is what it is, so daddy has been a whiny, cranky baby (dat's what mom sed). We don't care, he's been spending a lot of time laying on da couch which makes it easy fur us to get snuggles from him. So, dat's it, lot's of stuff but nothing exciting.

Even though I didn't known Dandelion, it's always so sad to read of another cat going to the bridge :(

I'm sorry Jeff is getting nasty effects from his medication. It's a good thing your Mom knows that scalded milk will help that.

I hope your Daddy starts feeling better soon. Two illnesses at once (and one being an icky carbuncle), he must feel just awful.

I didn't know Dandelion either but it is sad news.

Hope your dad feels better soon, it is good to have your humans lying down so you can nap on them.

It is always sad when any act goes to the Rainbow Bridge! And it makes Mom sad cause of her Ariel, who went to soon!

So glad your Mom is in the know on so many things to help your uncle Jeff and dad get better! Snuggling is always fun, too!

Speedy dear, why don't you come over today. Dad filled the birdie feeders and the birdie bath, so we can relax on my quilt this afternoon and do some birdie watching.

It is always sad when our buddies go to the Bridge, isn't it. It sounds like your momma is very busy taking care of babies small and large.

Yup. Routine stuff is boring, but it's also fine.

We're sorry about Dandelion also.
