Psst, mom actually likes this lamp! Apparently her taste is horrible...oh, she's also a terrible howse keeper. Sure she'll wash walls and da drapes and floors and vacuum effury morning. She scrubs sinks and toilets and all dat stuff but, she just moves all da junk and cleans den she puts it all back. She claims it's cuz it's all dad's stuff, well it is dad's stuff, but if she were serious about cleaning dis place she'd move it all someplace else. And she's going out "shopping" wif da sister-in-law again today, but when she does this she rarely comes home wif anything...we think she's not really shopping and is doing sumthing else. Wonder what it could be?

Tattletail Tueseday

Maintain a house clean is always not easy, I think your mommy is doing good enough~!!!
That's a pretty weird lamp!
My mom says she's very lucky - my dad does most of the housework. That good army training she says! My mom does the laundry, and helps load and unload the dishwasher, and helps to sweep and dust, but my dad does most of the household chores.

Hey Zippy, Ed here. I'd love to come to tea with you on Wednesday, but the peep lady is going to be at work - big important meeting in her world - I don't understand but I'm just a cat. Anyway if you don't mind I'll teleport over to your house and go with you and your crew. Phinny is NOT coming. He is just too young to understand about manners and stuff. That is undoubtedly an odd lamp. and I'm pretty sure that moving things from room to room constitutes cleaning.
My mom says stuff like that about dad all the time. His junk is stacked up everywhere!

My mommy told me that lamp is a "classic." I've said it before, and I'll say it again, mommies are strange. If that lamp ever came to live at our house, I'd make sure it had an "accident."

We've been here a year and ML has not scrubbed the kitchen floor once. (she thinks a bi-monthly vacuum should suffice.)
And the only time she's ever washed a wall was to get Smudges poo off of it.

I am also very amazed that your mom vacuums every morning. My Mommie tries for once a week. And she is not always successful in that goal.

As for shopping.... there is lots of strange stuff goin' on htis time of year. Mine mombean came home wif all kinds a neat stuff, but is was all for the secret paw. Bummer!

My Mom does the house cleaning here, when she feels lke it...My Dad bought one of those lamps last year. My Mom has no sense of humor. That is what my Dad says. He wants to put it in the front window this year. I hope my Mom dosen't get too upset...I gotta feeling he will put it there. Poor Mom! Not laughing...

My Mom is a terrible housekeeper too. It's a good thing my Daddy does the vacuuming! We aren't allowed to have any lamps out. Someone seems to be really good at knocking them over.

Nothing ever survives after I have had a go at it whether it is a mousie, lizard or any other crawlie. This even inlcudes Christmas tree and decorations....
