Tired Mancat Monday

We're spending the day doing this.
There were a lot of parties to attend, Fat Erics, Skeeter and LC's the celebration for Brandi's Gotchaday/Anniversary/Mr. Hendrix Purrthday/Carol's new job and their new apartment and Opus and Roscoe's Pizza Party celebrating their 3 years in Italy! We're all pooped, Sadie is sleeping under the comforter on the guest bed and Zippy is on top of the boxes in dad's closet. We're going to get up later tho, cuz mom has a turkey in the roaster and is making tiramasu and pumpkin pie! Yes, you heard us rite, we are having a huge fambly dinner tonight cuz it was dad's birfday, but dey went to a frends (and played paintball!) and every body is going someplace different fur Thanksgiving so mom said we were gonna have a celebration tonight. We just hope our bean sisfur doesn't have da baby at dinner cuz dat could cause some prollems. She said it was okay, da bean vet sez it will be another week or so. Why on a Monday? Why not! Mom don't work, da bean sisfurs and der husbands have der own bizznesses and dad is only working a half day. It was dad's idea, he wants to have da fambly here, eat, sit and relax and mom can clean up tomorrow...dinner is at 3 pm, stop by fur some turkey, we gots plenty.

Sadly, I wasn't able to attend all the parties due to the time difference, but I had fun at the ones I made it to!

Enjoy your family dinner tonight. IT sounds like it will be fun. Enjoy your naps until then!

Holy cats! You're gonna' have the best Monday ever! All of that wonderful food and getting to take naps beforehand! I just might have to sneak over and grab a little taste of the turkey - would that be OK?

Hi, Zippy, Sadie & Speedy: You're so right, a kitty's work is never done! Rocky is taking the day off he's so exhausted. (Lazy, I say) But it's okay, because we're planning a big surprise comment bash tomorrow - a combination birthday party for our human mom and a belated Gotcha Day blast for Rocky's October Gotcha Day. Our human mom will be 60 and she's not happy about it, so we're inviting everyone over to cheer her up! Now I must go foof my hair and get ready!

You look all tuckered out Speedy. Nothing like a good nap. The family party sounds like a lot of fun and maybe some snack for you all too!

P.S. My mom is jealous of your mom because our mom wishes she did not have to work.

Yes, we're worn out from partying, too. Mom didn't feel good yesterday so we didn't make it to the big pizza party in Italy, but she said we can come over today and have turkey with you.

Are you sure you have enough for 4 more? I can share a plate with you Speedy, dear.

Turkey! Sounds delishus! Alla us Ballicai missed a lotta parties cuz Momma's been hogging our compooter so much, though we did get to go to Fat Eric's! And have fun with yur celebrashun tonight.

Your Momma was askin' about Tennessee! Well, Tennessee is a long state, so it's kinda like three states in one. West Tennessee is kinda flat. Middle Tennessee has some gently rolling hills. And East Tennessee's got mountains! We Ballicai and our Momma and Daddy live in East Tennessee, acshually the uppermost tippy top part of East Tennessee, and it's furry pretty here and furry mountainous. You can see some pickshures of the mountain terrain on a post on Momma's writing bloggie here.

The weathur in East Tennessee is usually nice with four distinckt seasons, ecksept this year there's been a big drought -- not much rain at all. and the winters have been getting a lot milder, too, Momma sez. She and Daddy have lived in Tennessee alla their lives and they like it a lot. They love mountains!

I hope alla you great kitties have nice naps today and get some good resties!
